  Our family has found a new lease on life, leaving behind corporate America to embrace a homesteading lifestyle in the mountains of the Northeast Kingdom. This journey has brought us closer together as a family and allowed us to reconnect with ourselves. We invite you to join us on this adventure and experience the beauty of Vermont living.

The property was the site of one of the most prolific distilleries in the history of Vermont.  Dunc's Mill was founded by Master Distiller, Duncan Holaday in the early 1990's.  His creations are thriving today worldwide, and locally at the St. Johnsbury Distillery, and Vermont Spirits of Quechee.

The vibrant nature of the property is home to a wide variety of wildlife.  A portion of the over 200 acres is designated as a Private Wildlife Reserve helping to reduce human impact.
